With over two decades of experience in the financial industry, Ben Peters is always one step ahead of the market and has a passion for providing a high quality service to all of his clients. He values a positive experience when discussing financial goals, and has the rare ability to structure loans in a way that creates a flexible lending scenario for any future personal or investment borrowing. Ben is a brilliant communicator, able to explain complex income and business structures, meaning both his clients and his vast panel of lenders will always be satisfied upon settlement. Outside of work, Ben Peters has spent many hours over the last 10 years dedicating his time to local community organisations in the Sydney Northern Beaches. He has supported development programs and sponsored uniforms and players at local clubs, such as Curl Curl FC, Manly Bombers, and Manly United FC. Ben is involved in several charities as well, regularly participating in events and fundraising for Cerebral Palsy Alliance Australia and Happy Days Australia.

Sophia is dedicated to ensuring that Diamond Blue Financial Group upholds the highest compliance standards - bringing over a decade of industry experience to the table. She assists clients with their mortgage needs and works closely with Ben Peters to provide exceptional service. Currently, Sophia is being mentored by Ben Peters to achieve the MFAA Mortgage Broker designation. Sophia began her career with Diamond Blue Financial Group in 2011, gaining valuable experience in risk protection, financial planning compliance, human resources, and overall business management alongside the management team. In 2023, Sophia expanded her scope to also include compliance obligations that are met to the highest mortgage broking standards. Sophia's commitment to excellence and adaptability has significantly enhanced our operations, performance, and compliance regulations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Accounting from Macquarie University. Recently, Sophia has also attained her Certificate IV and Diploma of Mortgage Broking, further expanding her expertise.
